Terms & Conditions

1. General Information

  • A-Plus Clinic provides premium aesthetic, skincare, and wellness services. By booking or receiving services from A-Plus Clinic, clients agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Appointments & Consultations

  • A deposit of 20£ must be paid in advance of the appointment.

  • Appointments can be made through phone, email, or our online booking system.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will not have their deposit returned.

  • Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will not have their deposit returned.

4. Payments

  • Payments for services and products must be made in full at the time of the appointment unless a payment plan or other arrangement has been agreed upon in advance.

  • We accept payment by cash, credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers.

  • Prices for services and products are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds for services are generally not provided, as results can vary from person to person. In cases of dissatisfaction, A-Plus Clinic may offer alternative treatments or other solutions at its discretion.

  • Products purchased from A-Plus Clinic are non-refundable unless they are found to be defective or unopened and returned within 3 days of purchase.

6. Contraindications & Medical History

  • Clients must disclose all relevant medical history, including any allergies, medications, or pre-existing health conditions, during the consultation process.

  • A-Plus Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate based on the client’s medical history or current health status.

7. Liability

  • A-Plus Clinic’s practitioners are trained professionals who take every precaution to ensure the safety and effectiveness of treatments. However, the clinic is not liable for adverse reactions or outcomes that may occur due to undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow post-treatment care instructions.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

  • All client information, including medical history and contact details, will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing services.

  • A-Plus Clinic complies with all relevant data protection laws and will not share client information with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

9. Post-Treatment Care

  • Clients will be provided with post-treatment care instructions after each session. It is the client’s responsibility to follow these instructions carefully to ensure optimal results and avoid complications.

  • A-Plus Clinic is not liable for adverse outcomes resulting from the failure to follow post-care recommendations.

10. Minors

  • A-Plus Clinic does not provide treatments to individuals under the age of 18 without parental consent.

  • Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during consultations and treatments.

11. Results

  • A-Plus Clinic strives to provide high-quality results, but individual outcomes may vary based on factors such as skin type, health, and adherence to treatment plans.

  • No guarantees can be made regarding specific outcomes, and follow-up sessions may be required for optimal results.

12. Changes to Terms & Conditions

  • A-Plus Clinic reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.

  • Continued use of A-Plus Clinic’s services after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
